I would like to invite you to join me on a very special Retreat at Freycinet National Park, Tasmania. On a recent trip here, I was reminded how perfect the area is to immerse in the rhythms of nature and explore rest. I feel deeply connected to this area and its natural healing energy, and now I would like to share this amazing place with you. The Retreat will be held at the established Freycinet Lodge which is surrounded by the crystal-clear waters and secluded bays of Freycinet National Park, Coles Bay, the Hazards and Wineglass Bay. This location offers both mountain and ocean views to immerse yourself in and take time to listen to your heart and body. We will have a private, onsite space to practice Yoga to focus on rest, self-kindness and connection. You will be guided in two daily yoga practice, meditation and evening yoga nidra. Teaching practices to align with the cycles of nature, designed to ease the nervous system and promote rest and restoration in your body. The winter solstice is the perfect time to gift yourself this sacred pause and renewal. RETREAT: 4-day weekend to connect in movement, rest your mind and restore your body. 3 nights accommodation (twin share) with breakfast and complimentary access to the Richardsons Bistro throughout the weekend. Includes access to all facilities at the Lodge and a group welcome dinner Friday night at the beautiful Bay Restaurant and, to allow you to really settle in, a complimentary gift pack! ($160.00 value). Package value begins at $1420.00 Twin-share. (Double, Triple and room upgrades available on request). Cancellation Policy

I totally understand that things happen so please contact host directly if you need to cancel your booking. Once the DEPOSIT is paid, it will be held by the Freycinet Lodge to confirm your accommodation. Refund of any money, if possible, is at the discretion of the Lodge and their Terms and Conditions. Once full payment is made by 20 March 2025 NO REFUND can be issued unless a replacement can be found, in this case a administration fee will be charged. Thank you for your understanding.
