Please join us for an affordable and accessible day to acknowledge the season of Spring and immerse into the benefits of Yoga. There will be time to connect with others, drink tea, eat some beautiful food and just step away from the routine. We will also welcome Lizzy from Holistic Seed in the afternoon for a sound healing meditation. Laying down in rest you let the healing vibrations of Crystal Singing Bowls melt away stress and calm your nervous system, guiding you to a place of deep peace and clarity. The Day... Before we start, pop into Livefast Cafe for a coffee or tea/chia. Start - 1030am - 90 mins of an interoceptive Yoga class followed by Yoga Nidra 1230PM - Lunch will be provided onsite by Bec from Seed'n'Sprout. Bec offers beautiful food that honors her passion for healthy, nutritious and delicious. After lunch: Free time to Rest & Digest. You are welcome to stay and use the hall, visit a cafe and check out Halls Gap or even a brisk walk to Venus Baths. 230PM - Gentle Restorative Yoga followed by 60mins of Sound Healing and Meditation. Laying down in rest, let Lizzy use the healing vibrations of Crystal Singing Bowls and beautiful meditation to melt away stress, calm your nervous system and guide you to a place of deep peace and clarity. 4PM End of day. Float home or even consider staying for the night. The classes are suitable for beginners but also a great way to compliment your existing practice. *We offer modifications of Asana (poses) to be accessible to most people as long as you are able to move up and down from the floor.
